Things to do in the Lincolnshire area

Fishing not your thing? There's lots to do in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Why not try a visit to the historic town of Louth, a bustling town with unique award winning shops, restaurants and bars. Or maybe a trip to the beach to walk the dogs or take in some fresh sea air. There's lots to do locally, see below for some helpful ideas.

On site we have a tea shop and outside seating area, complete with a small shop selling morning papers, food, alcohol, tackle and bait. Our tea shop also has a outdoor seating area for those warm lazy days, WiFi is also available for free.  

The Queens Head pub

Recently taken over, this lovely pub has a well established name in the village, serving great ales and wines. So if fishings not your thing but want to socialise in beautiful surroundings, then this little gem of a place will be for you. Located at the entrance to our lakes on the corner.

Market town of Louth

Louth is only 4 miles from our fisheries, a bustling vibrant town popular with visitors. St James church one Englands largest spires sits within the town and is open to visitors daily, just a short walk from the church is the very popular public house known as the Wheatsheaf. A traditional pub with a great view of the church, great food and fantastic ales.
